Riding the Waves of Emotions with Sound Therapy
After yesterday evening’s Sound Healing session, where we re-wired our heart field into a higher vibration, I felt compelled to reflect on the emotional waves we’ve collectively experienced recently.

The past three weeks have been intense!
Have you noticed any unexpected shifts in your life? Consider if you've experienced any of the following:
Sudden changes in work plans, projects, or business
A deep new soul connection entering your life
New opportunities in your living environment
Perhaps a new habit, diet, or even a healing journey
Chances are, you didn’t consciously plan for any of these changes. But the energetic waves may have gently nudged you out of your comfort zone or stretched your heartstrings—maybe even opening the gates of your heart wider.
On a physical level, you might have experienced some symptoms such as:
Neck & shoulder tension
Head pressure or pain
Heart palpitations
Backaches
Elevated blood pressure
Trouble sleeping
Lower abdominal discomfort
Or, on the other hand, heightened excitement—like something big is about to unfold; bursts of joy, fun, or creative ideas.
If these energetic waves have stirred up challenges—unexpected or unwanted changes—you might need to shift your perspective. Often, what we need isn’t always aligned with what we want. These changes may be guiding you toward what’s best for you, even if it wasn’t part of your plan.
While playing the gongs on my Sound Healing event yesterday, I witnessed an energetic activation that was not only about opening our hearts but also action-oriented. “It’s not enough to just feel the emotional changes and activations; we need to act on the desires of our hearts.” Take a moment to reflect: where are you resisting change, yet life or your intuition keeps pushing you forward?
And if you don’t take action? Don’t worry—the Universe will still guide you, but it’s much easier to take that first step on your own rather than being pushed, don’t you think?
Lastly, I’d like to mention that we are collectively healing toxic mother wounds and childhood challenges. Even if you had a healthy relationship with your mother, aspects of this healing may arise from transgenerational layers. This makes sense, as a mother’s love is the first emotional connection we experience. If that love wasn’t unconditional or vibrationally high, we might carry emotional gaps that affect our connection with ourselves and others.
In the last 3 weeks in Therapy sessions, many of my clients have not only worked through these wounds with their mothers but have also been healing layers dating back as far as seven generations.
Speaking of new waves and new generations, please join me in welcoming the latest Sound Therapy baby: Mr. D.
He arrived few days ago, healthy and happy. Mr. D. is one of those babies who wasn’t ready to come into the world until his mother released deep emotional blockages. After years of trying without success, the mother had 2 Frequency Therapy sessions with me, and few weeks later she conceived him naturally. Many babies need a high-vibration environment before they feel ready to make their entrance, and one of the quickest ways to clear low vibrational emotions from the body is through Frequency Therapy with Tuning Forks.

If you feel inspired to make a change or are curious about the healing potential of tuning forks, don’t hesitate to reach out for a personal session or for my upcoming courses. My next Frequency Self-Healing Level 1 course is in April, and the Accredited Practitioner Course (Level 2) will take place in May.
With heartwarming vibes,
